Customer App

The customer app, "BearBox Control", is designed for self-storage sites to give a state-of-the-art access credential to their customers.

Your customers will be able to download the app and sign up for an account themselves for free. All that's required from you is to provide details for your site so that they can register their PIN in the app. Once their PIN is registered, they can:

• Remotely control self-storage site doors and gates from their phone.
• Open any of their units that are secured with a BearLock.

To increase security, you can set a GPS area within which the app can be used - this ensures that your customer is actually on site when opening doors on your site.
