With over 20 years of experience, our platform empowers facility operators with comprehensive control over site access, alarm systems, and security features through an intuitive interface, accessible via web and mobile apps.

Our Services include multi-factor authentication, automated gate and unit access, CCTV surveillance, smart lighting, rental software integrations, and more—helping facilities operate securely and efficiently.

BearBox operates through two legal entities:

• BearBox International S.L. (Spain)
• BearBox International Ltd. (UK)

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Features

Our Services include features such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Keypads, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), QR code access, fobs/cards, automated locks, and other features not limited to those detailed on our website.

By using these features, you acknowledge that you have sole responsibility for managing access permissions and ensuring authorized use of the system.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Services.
• Share your account credentials or access codes with unauthorized persons.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

5. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BearBox web and mobile applications solely for your internal business purposes.

BearBox may offer integrations with other software and systems, as well as application programming interfaces (APIs) to enable customization and automation.

We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted functioning of these integrations or APIs, and BearBox is not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

8. Security

While BearBox implements industry-standard security measures, no system is entirely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet and wireless communications.

You agree to notify BearBox immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BearBox shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
• Unauthorized access or use of the Services due to your negligence.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to BearBox in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain for users contracting with BearBox International S.L., or England and Wales for users contracting with BearBox International Ltd.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

BearBox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via our platform.

Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
