Start with the site you actually have
Start with your site layout and the entrances, alarms and unit equipment already installed. Include the changes you want to make and how customers use the site today. This helps Bearbox and your electrician agree the equipment and local work before installation begins.
Your local electrician can handle the wiring
Use an electrician who knows your site for the agreed wiring work. Bearbox reviews the scope with you before work begins, including which areas and equipment are involved. You can coordinate that work locally and plan around customers who still need access.
Existing equipment is worth reviewing
Bearbox connects access control to your existing gates. Compatible readers, wiring, CCTV and alarm equipment may be reused. Share the models and wiring information so we can review the connections and scope the equipment changes before installation.
From local wiring to Bearbox sign-off
Commissioning checks the installed equipment and the agreed access and alarm behaviour. Bearbox signs off the completed system so Bearbox warranty and support apply. Agree what needs to be ready for that check before the local wiring work starts.

Local wiring
Your electrician carries out the agreed wiring work.
Bearbox sign-off
Bearbox signs off commissioning of the system.
Warranty and support
Coverage applies once commissioning is signed off.
Ask the questions before work starts
Agree who coordinates the work and when customers may be affected. Confirm what equipment is being retained, what must be ready for commissioning, and who checks the finished installation. Keep those responsibilities in the project plan so your electrician and Bearbox are working towards the same handover.
