How the Integration Works

• Set Up in Stora

  In the Stora Admin, choose BearBox as your smart entry provider, then enter your BearBox “External site ID”, sync username, password, and default zone

• Link Units via BearBox Number

  Each physical unit in BearBox has a unique BearBox Number. Match this in the Stora unit settings to ensure correct communication and credential assignment

• Customer Access Types

  Choose whether access credentials are static PINs, dynamic auto‑PINs, QR codes or app‑based codes. Stora sends codes automatically on move-in

• Automated Access Control

  Once active, Stora signals BearBox to: unlock units at move‑in, lock for overdue payments, revoke access on move‑out
